We take great pride in our area medical professional students and are excited to offer these opportunities to them. Together, we will move forward to become the most comprehensive, high-quality regional medical center in the nation.

• To finish filling out the form at a later date save a draft of your work .
• If anything changes with the information submitted, please request to edit the submission / If you need to make changes to the form, please withdraw your submission and resubmit.

• We will follow-up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.

NURSING/MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Apply for as many scholarships/stipends as you wish, however each applicant may only be the recipient of one scholarship/stipend at a time. The decision for which scholarship you will receive will be at the sole discretion of the Baxter Regional​ Scholarship Committee.

A Scholarship Renewal Form is required to be submitted every semester/term.
